This is a simple and beautiful dichroic fused glass pendant that has striking black lines that converge towards each other.  The lines flow across the smooth cabochon and add a point of interest to the pendant.

There are several  layers of fully fused dichroic glass that create a beautiful flow of color that transitions from a golden copper at the top of the cabochon to a blue-green teal at the bottom of the pendant.  The colors are brilliant and will show color shifts with the changing angle of light.

This pendant has a tear drop organic shape that hangs beautifully from a gold plated heart bail.  This simple and elegant piece of one-of-a-kind jewelry will be fun to wear with a variety of outfits.  Dress it up with a gold chain or keep it simple with a plain leather cord.  Leather cords are sold seperately in the necklace section of this shop.

FAQ   Dichroic glass was first developed by NASA as part of their satellite mirrors. The exceptionally thin coatings are applied to glass in very controlled environments. Di-chroic means two colors and this glass reflects/transmits different colors depending on the angle of light. When it is worn with different colors, it appears to pick up and reflect some of those colors so it really enhances the total look. I call this the "mood" of the glass. This is a jewelry box favorite with many of my customers.  I hope you enjoy wearing it!
